Ok also, I'm not entirely sure you're receiving these emails, folks... When I contacted Patreon's support staff about this problem, they were a little "*shrug*" about it, their answer not showing a lot interest about the issue. I provided them with the info I could, but haven't got any follow up from them since.

However, they did suggest that the patrons affected by this problem should contact support directly.
