Well after finishing digesting what is left in her stomach from Pharap and Ryan she won't get much bigger, the more she grows the harder it will be for her to keep growing as there are more legs and hips to fill, Regarding the second question, I'm not sure if I understand it as some things in English are still confusing to me, but if I understand correctly, she is anxious to devour whoever crosses her path now, without being discovered.
