Watching this giant of a woman move is a pleasure for me.

Maya may have great confidence in her magnitude and how powerful she is, but this girl is also quite smart and recognizes that she doesn't yet know the extent of her abilities and one mistake could send her back behind bars.

This sequence will be just before the shot of Marcel coming down the stairs.

I can't say I feel very much pity for Marcel. The old adage "I was just following orders..." has been used to defend too many villains who were too weak to stand up against inhumane treatment. I understand he thinks he's protecting his family but the moment an inhumane act is performed upon a person that the state has determined is no longer entitled to the rights of all humans, it needs to be identified for what it is....torture. Even what Maya does to Marcel is torture although very brief compared to what the state has done to her and Wicked. As for Marshall, I'd almost call that 'instinct' considering her body was demanding nutrients to continue her transformation and she was probably still in shock over the whole process and not fully in control of her actions. The fact that Marshall got what he deserved is simply fortuitious.

That is the correct way for a predator to prepare themselves to capture their prey.
