Hey :) I would use a combination of rooms, platforms and roofs for this exact look! This is how I would probably approach it: https://i.imgur.com/PVSwW7F.png About roofs not meeting properly: Press Alt while adjusting the roof height and you can change it smoothly with full accuracy :) This way you can align two roofs perfectly
