I feel like I could be doing more, but I'm not really sure what I could be doing.

Some basic things would be to give discounts to commissions, though considering how cheap they already are, I would wait until they've already been subbed for a month. More tiers would always be nice. One where you just get access to a gallery, the chibi one you got is already a good start, maybe one where you get a guaranteed drawing each month+a discount on other commissions, or something like that
