Answer to Brandon Butler's Question Below (Patreon)

      After the recent post of a pinup from The Pound, Brandon Butler asked: "Is that Kat in “Holed Up” from Short Strokes?! Looks like her except no ears."

 That's kind of a long story. The character in "Holed Up" (an adult short, for those who haven't read it) is actually Dash Jumper, a space-faring bounty hunter, and she's a rabbit rather than a cat. If you look closely, you'll see long lop ears in there with her long hair. As often happens with me, I decided I liked the character too much to relegate her to the ghetto of adult comics. (I personally think that adult comics can be a valid art form, but let's face it, that's not a common opinion.) So I redesigned her, changing her from a rabbit to an amphibious alien, and built a series around her called Slamhounds. It's more of an action-drama than the comedy I'm probably best known for, as Dash's "origin" is a tragic one. 

      In faaaact, most of you have likely seen Dash already. She was in two of the teasers I did to build up anticipation for this here page (and so successful it was! I am a master of promotion!). I'll include the first one here--and the "Weren't you originally a rabbit?" line will finally make sense!
