(Edit: I am talking about christmas because this post was posted early for the 5$ tier!)

Last page before the holidays! I am gonna take the week between Christmas and new years off but I will still post page 71, don't worry.

For some reason the new fine liner I took in use recently aren't super pigmented. When I take my line art through threshold (to make the page pure black and white) there is white spots in the lines that should be black...

I will try another fine liner next time.

Anyway! Bye to Pleasure Plaza, we won't see this lovely place again for some time!

This situation is simultaneously hilarious and facepalm-worthy to me, as was last time Phillip visited Pleasure Plaza! It works so well for a comedy comic, I just can't help but compare to real life. You see, for 7 years I worked in adult retail. If any of us employees teased our customers like this we'd be in trouble! You mentioned he works there because of a relative owning the place, IIRC? That tracks! At my old store, we often had to do the opposite, coax customers to be more comfortable. I'd compared some customers to skittish baby deer... And now I'm imagining a deer anthro character in your style nervously shopping, hehe. Anyway, loving the comic, and just wanted to share the personal experience.

Yeah, I hope no adult shop got an employee like Sonni. My answer to their behavior is as you remember: Sonnis' aunt owns the shop. That is the only reason they haven't been fired yet. X) 7 years is quite some time! You must have some fun experiences from back then. And the deer idea is very cute! I was (and still am sometimes) kinda a deer when I go in to look around adult stores. But it all fascinates me so much. Thanks for sharing your story!
