Sian is restrained to the wall, metallic clasps around their wrists, ankles and tummy holding them in place as they undergo their reprogramming.  

Cables trail from their cranial implants into the computer equipment lining the walls next to them, allowing the machinery to re-write the cybernetics and in turn sian’s mind.  In response, sian’s spasming, lost in the pleasure of being turned into someone’s plaything, arching just a little as a hand spasms, and they gasp.
