Sorry but I hard disagree about the rest of the show being filler. Sure it doesn't progress the main story but considering how long it took for the ninja world to reach this era of peace we definitely needed to see just how drastically different things are now then they were in Naruto's time. Kids in this new age don't need to be ninja as they now have many options for different careers with the new technological advancements which have now expanded a wide variety of job positions. With the smaller slice of life episodes we see a lot of world building and character development with the side characters that people complain didn't exist in Naruto and are now complaining when a series does take the time to do that. As a person who reads the manga and watches the anime the anime fills in a lot of the gaps for the manga which make it a more complete story. Heck one of the best things the anime improved on from the manga is Kawaki's character because a lot of what we see from who he is as a person and what he's like is from the anime because all the manga does is introduce him and what happened to him and why he's valuable but the manga didn't even have the backstory of the goldfish and the trafficker just that we saw his father sold him to Jigen but we never knew the dynamic between he and his father until the anime showed us. But yes I won't deny one of Boruto's biggest weaknesses as an anime is a lot of its anime original arcs don't actively carry into the main plot and thus a lot of those arcs are indeed skippable because they're free of consequences but it doesn't mean that the stories being told in those anime original arcs don't have something worth saying.

I’m glad you explained how even though sasuke has the rinnegan, it would be useless against an opponent like isshiki. I do wish however he used more abilities against other opponents. But the rinnegan and using the transportation jutsu to get to different dimensions is extremely taxing on his chakra. The rinnegan is OP if used correctly but it comes at a big cost chakra-wise which a lot of people seem to forget.

Guess we'll have to agree to disagree🤷‍♂️ I never found anything of value in most of the filler arcs. Sometimes you get the one off episode like the Kawaki and Himawari episode that had value to it, or the Parent and Child Day so I include those, but otherwise you get the loooooong dragged out arcs that don't end up changing anything or adding anything to the characters. And even though the showcase the less important characters, they only make me more annoyed when they're around. These filler arcs are the reason why the anime has such a bad reputation and why there's so much hate around the series and I don't blame them if they ended up having to watch those arcs. It's a shame that the show is filled up with so many episodes that feel just like filler.
