Far West, Information Wars & the 2023 US Intel Leak: A Farm Exclusive (Patreon)

Easter 2023 seemingly witnessed a bombshell: Beginning with The New York Times, one legacy publication after another heralded the most significant leak of classified US documents since the heyday of WikiLeaks. Revelations concerning US spy satellites, the penetration of Russian security services & relationships with allied regimes are said to be profoundly compromised. 

But how believable are these claims? Why are US officials confirming the authenticity of documents even Bellingcat alleges have been altered? Why does the ghost of Q linger over these leaks, from their early appearance on a Discord channel dedicated to Mindcraft, through their journey to The Times via 4chan, Telegram and Twitter? And why does the current state of the Russian military, down to the US spies, totally align with assessments made nearly 15 years ago by researchers chronicling an obscure private military company called Far West Ltd? 

The Times acknowledged: "The United States has a clearer understanding of Russian military operations than it does of Ukrainian planning" via the current batch of leaks. This has been a long time coming and I will do my best to set the stage. The story is epic, terrifying and comical in equal measures. Welcome to the era of new generation warfare.
