Another, larger and better labeled map of Altazia, this one focused on political borders. Much like the last map I posted here, this is just an unpaid post for readers who like maps and worldbuilding, so ignore it if that doesn't interest you.

Reading it, comments. Ulquaan Ibasa. Cold land of the necromancers. Eldemar. Once a dominant power over an empire, now a powerful but limited country, home country of Zorian. Great Northern Forest. Untamed wilderness, Eldemar has the great push north to try to tame it. Winter mountains. Snow capped mountains that are said to be the source of all ice and snow, home of eagle shifters. Sulamnon. Once in a personal union with Eldemar, home of many necromancers in the past who fled to Ulquaan Ibasa, now a rival of Eldemar. Falkrinea. Rival of Eldemar, no other information. Abnazia. Sent a blue robed woman to the dance. Tetra. No information. http://imgur.com/WU07RT4 A map of current goings on.

Woah, that's a really big map. Thanks for summing up what's known Nepene!

You're welcome. There's some additional info on his deviant art- Eldemar- generalist faction with a large territory, lots of wealth, excellent magical education, but are over confident. Falkrinea is a noble republic that specializes in diplomacy and trade with a huge fleet, lots of wealth and technology, and a weak military. Sulamnon is a militaristic country with a large and powerful military but little money. As such Zorian would do well to enlist Falkrinea's aid in the long run. Their focus on diplomacy and wealth likely makes them easier to bribe and their powerful fleet would enable an effective strike on the necromancers. I suppose that he could try to ally with Sulamnon, but their higher ups are likely to be military sorts who care more about territory, and that's harder for him to provide, especially quickly. They might well jump at a chance to flex their muscles and grab some more territory in a war against necromancers, if some minor power could be proved to have aided them.

This is really cool, thank you for posting it. Helps to contextualize the story a bit.

I always felt a map, even a very rudimentary one, does wonders for visualizing the world in which the story is happening.
