Why so many chapters lately, where basically nothing actually happens? It feels like most of what you wrote for today could have been summed up in five paragraphs.

As for me I found this chapter fulfilling as any others, there were some character's and world's progression in equal measure. Thematically speaking the laidback chapter is a must at this junction right after and before a big ordeal.

It was fun to see them cope without use of their magic. I really enjoyed this chapter---it showed what a vacation post-loop would look like for these two and what their relationship might be like if they survive the ordeal in one piece . . . I wonder if things won’t go so well though and they’ll look back on these few restarts as the only time they could really just enjoy their friendship together.

That's one of the things I'm curious about. What things will be like, and what zorian will do after the loop ends and the immediate emergencies are addressed? I'm kinda hoping for a significant epilogue section of the story, with more development of characters like kirielle, Taiven, and Raynie.
