I have a neutral stance on it so long as it remains similar in scope to the image above. To many times in futa content i see what amounts to some spectacularly massive dicks and usually even larger testicles. That type is a huge turn off for me. The image above seems fine to me.

Frankly speaking despite we have pretty big dicks in the game in general, I feel that futa girls (if we have them in some story events) should have it smaller size, to keep a tender girl look. I'm not a big fan of futa girls with dicks half their size

i think it's a good idea, and possibly could be improved upon so that Lana could start taking hormones to grow a dick? it may seem far fetched but currently you have got Straight, Lesbian, gang bang scene's so to add a futa would be even better

It's all about what people are into. Some folks would be squicked out to this whole project, which is basically furry porn. I'm not turned on by futa but I'm not against it either. *shrug*. I've been to Dan Savages' HUMP festival several times and the experience is always good, even when it involves porn that I don't watch for fun and excitement.

I absolutely despise futa content and i'm sick of seeing it everywhere but with a poll like this it's always going to be a split decision because everyone has their own opinion. Again, nothing against people who do like a certain type of content and i think whatever the result of the poll it's going to A) Bring more attention from people who like certain content and B) Drive people away who are strictly against it. I suppose some sort of option is plausible like a 'skip' option therefore people who want to see it can and those who don't can just ignore it.

Id say the best option is would be that when this sceen start put a tag "this is a futa scene do you accept to see this content" if not an other question like "do you want to see this scene whit toys insted" if no then it skip all

no no no! Tired of seeing this in games. It always makes me want to pull my pledge. Female on Female is fine, maybe even a strap-on. But to put something like this in takes away from anything I would be interested in. Either make a box I can check off on the main screen before starting the game, or a way to skip the scene before it starts (and remembers my pick if repeatable!!!) or I will be finding another artist to support.

Very small chance for that. Pregnancy should usually have some consequences, and as soon as this is story-related game - I'm not ready to handle those consequences yet :D
