Great reaction. Love it. ❤ I have to ask You for something. How do You call in English that stuff on the top of Your cap, which btw bounces in a very sweet way evrytime when You shake Your head? 😁❤

Thank you!!! :D and I’m pretty sure that little ball is called a Pom-Pom 😆

I loved Tao's new haircut! He looks so much better now. Hated to see them off to a rocky start. They would make such a good couple! Charlie saying I'd fight anyone who's mean to you. Oh my heart. ❤️ I loved how he was taking such loving care of Nick. Loved your reaction as always. Can't wait for next one!

In polish is a pompon. I thought You have different name of it. Your pom-pom needs his own insta. Or make a sweet video with the Sweetest Pompom bounces. 😁❤

And to think that a season ago we witnessed the perfect first kiss ever shown on media, we’ve come so far and we love to see it, loved seen how supportive Charlie is throughout the episode, specially at the ending 🥲🤧💕 they are really lucky to have each other. Cannot wait for the rest of the season ✌🏼

This season is like a roller coaster one minute we're up and the next we're hurtling down then up again.

And it’s probably going to continue like that roller coaster. I have to keep reminding myself that there’s a season 3, because it doesn’t seem likely that everything is going to be resolved this season and we’re already seeing issues that are still unfolding, such as Charlie’s eating disorder and Nick feeling pressured to come out. Bearing in mind Kit Connor’s own experience with that, it must have been difficult but maybe also cathartic to film those conversations around coming out and doing it on your own terms, in your own time. I love Nick’s Mum’s comment to Charlie that Nick is lucky to have him, because Nick is often shown supporting Charlie and it’s one of the things that makes their relationship so special that it works both ways, like the scene in season 1 when Nick comes to Charlie’s house the morning after their first kiss and Charlie is the one hugging Nick and reassuring him during his ‘full on gay crisis’. And I love the contrast between the tension and chaos of the party in the woods, all the shouting and the bonfire and Harry’s unwelcome presence and the calm quietness of Nick’s bedroom and them just being together. Great reaction, Jay. Thank you. 🙏🥰

I've read all of the graphic novels published so far and most of the books and if they continue using them as source material I'd agree with you that it doesn't seem at all likely that everything is, as you say, going to be resolved this season. I'm concentrating on Charlie and Nick here, but I think season 3 and 4 (if there is a season 4) are going to be a hard watch, not only addressing Charlies eating disorder but the stress that that puts on his and Nicks relationship and their families. This time the bogeyman won't be Ben or Harry but mental health issues, the later chapters of the graphic novels are peppered throughout with trigger warnings about mental health issues. Apparently there are some references in early versions of the novel Solitaire (which I haven't read) that suggest that Charlie's trauma runs very, very deep indeed. This is a cheerful post, isn't it? But as always with Heartstopper, optimism and love will always win through. 🙂

Yes, I have read all the graphic novels too, so I know what happens but I didn’t want to give any spoilers for people who haven’t read them. Solitaire also contains some additional details of Ben’s story, btw. If you haven’t read them, I recommend This Winter and Nick and Charlie, non-graphic novellas and both very well worth reading.
