This is definitely one of my favorite episodes of Glee. Love the "Valerie" and "Dog Days Are Over" covers in this episode the covers are 2 of my favorite covers from Glee. Love that this episode utilizes the characters whose singing voices who haven't been showcased as much (at this point in the series). Mercedes has sung the most so far out of the characters that did sing in this episode but she hasn't sung as much as Finn and Rachel have and often she is used just at the end of songs to belt the high note. Tina hasn't sung a lot despite being one of the original 5 members of the Glee Club. Though Quinn has had storylines she hasn't sung a lot. Sam is a newer member of the Glee Club so we haven't heard him sing a lot yet. Santana hasn't sung a lot yet (For Santana in Season 2 it is more about giving her more characterization since her character was a background character who was upgraded to a series regular this season so she slowly starts to sing more as this season progresses and then next season she actually is the character that sings the most).

I love Rachel! But what she did was really bad. She was hurt but that doesn't make it okay. It was dumb and petty... However, the reason it bothers her that much that it was with SANTANA is because of their history. Santana has been bullying Rachel for years. And when she and Finn were dating the first time (pre-Jessie) Finn went out with Santana (and Britney). I'm glad that Finn broke up with her. That gives her a chance to make it right again. To "win him back". She needs to make amends Rachel Berry has some of the best charachter growth in the series, but it always seems to be 2 steps forward and then 1 back. This time she took an exra step back...

And antoher great reaction! And I agree with your standing ovations! Valerie is a class performence. Mike and Britney are such great dancers! And the song suits Santana's voice!

I love that they make use of other characters too that haven't had that much time to shine yet. I love I had the time of my life with Sam and Quinn and Santanas version of Valeri with great dancing from Mike and Brittany, and nice to finish the episode with a song where Tina also gets her moment.
