I love this episode. Sue leaked their set list to the other teams, but together and with the help of Finn they came back with some amazing performances. I love The Rolling Stones, so happy they sang one of their songs, and the last song they sang for Will is my favorite Kelly Clarkson song, and I liked the last scene with Will and Emma.

Morgan

This episode was originally meant to be the series finale had the show not actually been successful (originally FOX only ordered 13 episodes of the series before ordering 9 more episodes to have a more complete/longer 1st season). This ends up being one of the better episodes of the first half of Season 1 because it kind of "ends" certain storylines from the first half of the season (most notably Finn finding out he isn't the father to Quinn's Baby). The next episode starts to really introduce Santana and Brittany more as characters (beyond the few one liners they had in the previous episodes). Also you mentioned Rachel (Lea Michele) and Mercedes (Amber Riley) singing voices being great but in the next few episodes you will start to hear Santana's singing voice which is great as well (can't wait for you to hear it). Won't spoil any future storylines but will just say Santana (Naya Rivera) performed some of my favorite solos and duets throughout the entire series of Glee....In fact one of my favorite duets she did is happening within the next few episodes.

I really like both Rachel and Mercedes' voices, and it's disappointing that Mercedes didn't get to sing at the competition. But I really can't be mad at it, since it got us the Rain on my Parade performance, which is possibly one of my top Rachel solos ever, and one of my favorite songs. I think she will always be my favorite performer on the show, mostly because I love the song choice for a lot of her solos
