Rachel having a crush on Will was crazy, really awkward and wrong, but their voices worked well together for their duet, that's at least something. The situation with Quinn and her parents was sad, but it was so uplifting and great when the others in the glee club showed their support by singing Lean On Me, and I loved that Artie had a lead on it.

"It's a male duck." Oh, Brittany xD Gotta love her xD The Rachel/Schuester parts of the episode is the most cringy thing ever, and I know that student/teacher crushes have always been a thing, and I guess Glee would be the obvious show to have it, I'm just glad they didn't stretch it out and just kept it as a one-episode fluke, teenagers have hormones, we all know that, so yeah. Kurt with Finn is also one of those things that, even though it's a bit cringe, I don't think there's a gay person in the world who has never had a crush on a straight person, myself included, so I get why they mad the choice, I just kinda wish it was more like the Rachel/Schuester thing, shortlived xD Quinn's parents - well, her dad in particular is horrible, I think her mom is just scared that if she defended Quinn, she'd be kicked out too, still she's not a great mom.... But I mean, Finn LITERALLY singing, in front of her parents, that she's having his baby - kind of poking the bear, no? And yes, I know that Kurt sort of set it up half hoping it would end Finn and Quinn, and even though Finn's not the sharpest tool in the shed, he should have anticipated it not going swimmingly at least! The ending is gorgeous, love the song and the joy in that scene, Quinn smiling and laughing really hits me in the feels, I always really liked Quinn, something about her, even when she's bitchy, just makes you want to get to know her.

Fun albeit really cringey fact - Matthew Morrison (Mr. Shu) and Lea Michelle (Rachel) were actually dating during the filming of this episode - there is actually only a couple of years between them in real life - they attended together and performed at the Tonys that first year as well . I think that’s why the writer’s played it up a little 😉 but yes, definitely gives me the heebee geebees!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

They attended the 2010 tony awards together - rumours were swirling at the time that they were dating and they denied it and Lea coped up to them dating briefly years before years later but you only have to look at the pics from the awards and watch his intro of her performance that night to know that they dated during that time period too. It was quite the contraversy at the time so I’m not surprised they deny it still 😉
