I was so happy when Victor finally stopped putting himself last and told his parents. Being the caretaker in a family is so hard because you always put your own happiness and sadness aside.

I saw the finale before but loved to see your reaction to it. Finally is the word I would use for some characters of the season. Victor and Benji, Felix and Lake and probably Mia and Andrew. Also that Victor came out to his parents. But we have to wait for the reaction of them. Aaarrgh. You reaction video came on the right day. It was a tough day for me but you already had made it better before the Love Victor came out. I watched the reaction videos to the 3rd season of Skam twice today. I had seen the season (of course) but haden`t senn your and Natalies reaction to the season. Watching all this today helped me through the day and my depression. Can`t describe how thankful I am. Big hugs to you and Natalie!

For a season finale this is a damn near perfect one, they really did well on it. During the episode, when I first saw it, and especially when Benji asks Victor if he's even said "the words out loud", I knew that those particular words would have to end the season, and they did of course, which even tho I think it was somewhat predictable, I also think it was the right thing to do, and the fact that he, even with the news of his parents separating, decided to take his moment and tell them, I so enjoy, because too many times in stories like this that would have made the character back out once again, so I'm really glad this show is doing much more of a service to very real emotions. I hope for season two, which is coming yes (I believe that as the series premiered, they were already writing season 2) that Pilar will get a bit more of an interesting storyline, because I feel like she's kind of been a bit of a plot device, like if they'd given her a different storyline with new friends early on like with Victor, then the parents would have been more like recurring characters, which for a show about a group of teenagers coming to terms with themselves in different ways, I feel that the parental storyline sometime took up a bit too much time. So I'd like to see season 2 focus more on Pilar as her own character than the moping angsty teenager who outs the drama, and then a little less focus on the parents, except of course for their relationships with their children, but outside of that I just don't feel like we need much from those characters in this particular show, my opinion at least :) Glad you enjoyed the show!

I hope (which I’m sure their will be... hopefully) they expand more on Benji cause unpopular opinion: I don’t really care for him as a character. They didn’t really give us anything on him for me to care that much about him and Victor’s relationship. In all honesty I’d have preferred Victor and Andrew as a twist rather then the first person Victor crushes on is his main love interest.

I agree with Victor crushing on the one guy and “how conveniently” his crush was gay because that’s just some dumb luck.
