this episode breaks my heart. Seeing Alec almost commit suicide...it just shows how much he's suffering inwardly. He's bearing so much inner pain. This is one of my favorite episodes. I'm of the rare people who DO ship climon...it's actually hard to find people who do, lol. I just think they're the two who understand each other the most and bring out the best in each other.

Don’t worry you aren’t the only one who doesn’t ship Climon, most of the fandom doesn’t because we like simon and Maia too much. Magnus, as badass as ever, killed this whole episode as he does in every episode (my personal favorite character). Maryse starts to get better and better after this episode especially after you find out what all she has to bear on her shoulders what with her husband and being in the Clave. Just an amazing episode overall

I love Magnus too. Excellent character! I don't know if someone already recommended this or if you know about it, but if you LOVE Magnus so much you should read The Bane Chronicles. I loved all the stories from Magnus past and present.
