Ichika, code named: Whiplash, is a Rook Company agent who crossed paths with our girls during Operation: Dawn Bringer. A methodical and merciless interrogation specialist on a mission to hunt down our Hex-Agents. Who, after getting the attention of several members of our community, ended up featured in up to THREE Patreon Special posts. But I'm not surprised... there's something about this girl isn't there?
