Those who have been following my profile probably know that I’ve been going through some really hard times. Two weeks ago my mother passed away due to the Covid-19 virus, and the entire ordeal has been pretty hard on the family and myself.

The only way I can describe it is like being inside a plane with my family as the plane lost altitude and crashed into the ground. In moments like those, there isn’t much you can do but pray and hope.

Sadly, I came out of the wreckage, but my mother didn’t.

I can’t say I am doing well yet. That would be lying to you and more importantly, to myself. However I am slowly coming to terms with it. I feel like I’ve only been pulling through thanks to the support of my family, close friends and even the heartwarming messages from this community. Though I know I haven’t been able to answer any comments or DMs, I’ve read them all and they kept me anchored to the present and looking forward to the future.

My mother was a fighter. She never gave up. And if there is one thing that I can be sure about all this is: that I’m not going to give up either.

Here we are then, one thousand watchers strong, building up an amazing community that I love interacting with on a daily basis and with so much more to explore and do. Our story is only getting started.

So I made this little piece, as another big thank you fine folks out there who are coming along with me on this adventure. Be sure that production is officially resuming, and my first priority is to finish up some very special commissions in line for a couple of Patrons, after which the Extracurricular Activity series and the brand new Operation: Flying Dutchman series will continue.

Thank you for being there. But more importantly, don’t let your guard down, take care of your loved ones and like Luna here, NEVER GIVE UP even if the opposition seems insurmountable!
