So it’s not about 0 and 100. It’s about [0] and [1 to 99] (assuming only integers ;) ). Tell Drake this: he needs to know.

Hey Khatz can you make a post talking about why you don't care for pitch accent? You never talked about it i think. Do you think pitch accent is that important? Cheers
