Hello big fan here, been lifting for 1 year. I’m planning on joining a league and competing for masters and was going to try and put on some size first because I injured my ankle should be another 4 weeks before I’m 100% I’m 73 kg squat 140kg cj 85kg snatch 70kg Good idea?
