Hey Clarence, I was wondering what are some accessory movements that you'd recommend to help with getting under the bar quicker after the 2nd pull in both the Snatch and C&amp;J? I tend to have trouble with the 3rd pull especially in heavier attempts. Also what intensity would you recommend programming those accessories if it's not too much to ask? Thanks man! Also the videos with Juji are hilarious glad you didn't die by snatches on the roof.

Try dead hang snatches and dead hang cleans. Also block snatches above the knee and block cleans above the knee
