i need your help :/ i don't know at the snatch where the bar should touch my hip. At the moment it is too low, because of that i'm not explosive enough... but when i try it with a wider grip, it hurts incredibely... do you have a tip for me? :)

it hurts on the hip not on the hands :D

Try shrugging your shoulders a bit. It's not recommended but you should give it a try.

Sounds like you are making hard contact with your hips correct? You shouldn't be "hipping" the bar for lack of better term, it will cause you to arc the bar instead of pulling straight up. Need a video to see :/
