Dreamspire Apogee (Patreon)

Hello all!

Dreamspire Apogee is the result of a recent creative collaboration between myself and one of my Adventurer tier patrons and I'm super pleased with the results. The peak of this spire is intended to represent the personal quarters of a sinister wizard BBEG and boasts a specific combination of "opulent evil". Nestled amongst its many finer furnishings you may notice chains, occult relics, curiously deified artifacts, and machinery seemingly intended to require the harnessing of another humanoid...

It's my hope that the spire and/or one of its variants will serve as the perfect backdrop for the evil wizard archetype that often becomes a fixture in so many campaigns (and for good reason!). The ascending levels facilitate a compelling use of height in combat, its many visual details lend themselves to narrative exploration, and the bright windows and lighting elevate the dramatic tension of the scene overall.
