Hello all!

Dungeon Tiles 3 is the latest (final?) followup set to Dungeon Tiles 1 and Dungeon Tiles 2, a newer asset/tile series debuted originally back in late February. The goal of the series is rather straightforward: create a generic set of the most basic assets in combination with seamless tile sets in order to facilitate rapid dungeon-building! This in turns allows you all to take the foundations made here and customize them further through the deluge of more theme-specific sets (that could still very much be found in a "dungeon").

This third set has a three-pronged approach to its contents and I believe rounds out the series in such a way that I can feel satisfied leaving it as-is for the foreseeable future (unless we want to keep making more prefurnished tiles):

  • Prefurnished Tiles! Delivering a fourth set of "prefurnished" tiles in the Overgrown theme. Essentially, I take 8 of the standard tiles and "decorate" them with existing assets in a ubiquitous enough theme that they can be used interchangeably with other sets while allowing for immediate use.
  • Assets! Filling in a few more remaining holes in the most foundational elements of what I consider to be relevant to the theme of a "dungeon" without veering into other existing asset themes like Cult Assets, Ruin Assets, etc. These include chains, puddles, some wall sconces, and a handful of broken cobblestone that I'll probably make more of in the future cause they're just too helpful.
  • Tile Elements! This is where the real meat of my intent with this pack is. I wanted to introduce a set of "elements" that are designed to make all of the available tiles even more modular to your needs. Inside you'll find ways to overlay new hallways, wall divets, floating walls, dead ends, pillars all on top of existing tiles. And of course, STAIRS including the elusive spiral staircases.
  • Example map! In addition to everything else, I took the liberty of using the overgrown tiles in combination with some assets to make an example map I'm calling "The Woven Grove".
