Hello all!

I know I say it all the time, but today I'm very excited to share with you all the end result of an asset pack I've been toying with for a bit now: Urban Assets 2. The longtime sequel to one of the very first asset packs released nearly four years ago, this set looks to build on and expand from the original set initially charted out.

My primary goal with this second set was to drastically build out the available assets necessary for creating denser detail and visual immersion in an urban scene, particularly considering that oftentimes a good deal of an urban battle map is dominated by roof tops.

What the pack includes:

  • A set of modular lampposts in various styles
  • 3x as many more "window roofs" to overlay on rooftops
  • A whole new set of "roof windows" for windows visible from above
  • A wide swath of new flag styles, signs, and posts that can hang over the street
  • New fountains, clotheslines, and landscaping plots to build on the old
  • A big set of entry and side stairs in both wood and stone
  • Standing signposts
  • Modular walkways for more intentionally structured areas aside the road either along the ground or to act as elevated walkways in more high-falutin cities

Dungeondraft

I'm especially excited for the Dungeondraft-compatible version of this pack because I've been working on a new feature: the roof tool! It took some extra effort and the style is a little different, but the end result is using this pack in DD will allow you to use the built-in roof tool to create all manner of custom buildings and not just rely on the premade "object" buildings I've released previously.

Additionally, you'll also find colorable versions of every flag and window roof available in this pack. AND both the ground and elevated walkway elements arrive also as drawable paths!

Dungeondraft Megapack 7 (updated to include this pack)

Please note: this a somewhat revamped version of the previous megapack 7 in order to fix some previous bugs. Please make sure any in-progress maps are completed before loading it as doing so may wipe out any previous unsaved progress.

Please let me know what you think! Enjoy!
