Hello all!

I've got a series of exciting releases coming out between Christmas and New Year's, but we've managed to wrap up one more to sneak in before the holidays: Maantje's Mystical Emporium. Originally inspired by a prompt request from a commission-reward $5 patron, the emporium is a whimsical, highly-magical shop that takes the form of a giant stone hand. It's shopkeep, Maantje, is as unique as her storefront and manages an ever-changing inventory of oddities and relics.

This nomadic, plane-shifting magic shop features several isolated floors within its fingers, all cataloged and navigated by short-distance teleportation circles (who needs stairs?). And best of all, any quest-seeking or item-buying from gleeful adventurers can be done so against the backdrop of our talented friend Ivan Duch, whose musical works we've enjoyed on a number of previous projects thus far.

What's Included:

  • The building layout of the Emporium (as featured)
  • Bonus 1-page Lore PDF w/ descriptions and a rollable table
  • PNG files of every individual area of the Emporium
  • My illustrations of the store's exterior and Maantje herself as PNGs
  • The musical stylings of Ivan Duch to provide whimsy and intrigue

Enjoy!

Love it! Maantje is Dutch for 'little moon', is that a coincidence or on purpose?

The name came from the prompt requested by the patron involved so I can’t say for sure whether it was intentional, but I hadn’t known that! My head canon says yes

it was on purpose, I really like to play with dutch names and words in my campaigns, because not all of my players like are fluent in english. When I requested the prompt I didn't expect this at all, I love how it turned out and the whimsical nature of everything, honestly I am over the moon!!! and the soundtrack is amazing thank you so much!

I do love the exterior sketches to locations! It really helps especially when my players loooooveeee to plan! And also anytime there is going to be a heist somewhere! Happy Holidays!

Love the map! Would be great if the grids lined up with each floor though, for VTT

Thanks! This version is kind of a reference sheet/DM notes version and less so for actual play (the rooms themselves are scaled down by 50% to all fit on the page simultaneously). The PNGs of each floor are at encounter scale and are what I'd recommend for VTT
