Hello all!

In light of the recent release of the snowy assets pack (sketches are already underway for the Rivers Assets pack), I had been considering the possibility of integrating more frequent assets releases into the paid content stream and was hoping for feedback on that.

I will continue to release the larger packs (forest, tavern, snow, etc) every ~2 months to the public, but my plan would be to replace one of the five paid maps I release each month with one 'mini pack' (roughly 1/2-1/3 of the normal packs). These mini packs would be patron only and help in shoring up gaps in the assets library and fun opportunities to allow you all to build upon what's already out there.

So... thoughts? If we were to move forward with this I would send out a followup poll on several ideas and allow you all to communally decide the order of priority.

The asset packs are the definitely the most versatile for me. I use A3 paper size for printing out battle maps which doesn't jive well with the grid and US letter size for your map releases. So what I do is take your asset terrain and stretch it to A3, add in the 1 inch grid then populate with various asset tokens, typically going for a generic look. I also print out token sets for on the fly customization. For example, in the snow assets pack, I have the firepits and tents printed separately, then ask my players "so where are you making camp"? On another note, I love your city/town maps - I project those on a large screen TV for a general reference of where players are located. Keep up the wonderful work!

These are super useful because you can re-use them regardless of terrain. They could lively up a plain battlemap, without the players going "Oh, this looks familiar" when reusing a map ;)

Yes please. While your own maps are very nice, I find that it's often a bit hard to find the right situation to integrate them into my campaign. Your city, town, and village ones have been the easiest to use so far. And I have used a few of the battle maps too, but the more assets you can get into my filthy little paws the happier I'll be, lol.
