Someone requested I share these nodes groups from a while back (about 2 years ago). I tested them in Blender 4.1 and they still work. I hope they can be of use to you all!

i was just looking at this project file. you can upgrade some of those modifiers quite a bit now that the switch node is available. switch between the timer and the text fields. Make the switches available in the modifier panel. Fancy. Switches be cray

I wanted to also mention I made a birthday video for my sis with an animated cake. For the candle flame I used a 3 bone armature with wiggle bones. It was okay. But then I turned gravity upside down and it was effortless to get it to behave like flame. I turned down most resistance and it naturally wants to point up.
