While technically the holidays are supposed to be a time of joy and happiness, we all know (probably too well) that it doesn't always end up being the case. That said, please do know that I am thinking of all of you, and hope that you are taking care of yourselves. Remember that there is no right way to celebrate the holidays, and you are not alone.
