Sneak Peek #138 (Patreon)

YumiCH couldn't resist and decided to draw Desmond with the new guy, even though we haven't officially announced he's a part of "The Fate!" now. 

His profile is still in developement, but he finally got his name - Maximillian Watson. Guess, I'll finish his profile and we'll officially introduce the guy by the next sneak peek

Meanwhile I worked on different characters. Patreon actually already knows about them, those are Aiden and Shiro twins.

Originally Kei Shrio was supposed to be a "support character". Both twins weren't an official part of "The Fate!", but they were members of a furry ask, where Luka and Sheas were originally created. However, I liked her brother Ren more. But Ren was a bit rude, so Kei was made to make things easier and solve any conflicts in case they happen. I wasn't interested in developing her. 

However later I got really disappointed with Ren. But I still needed to draw something for the ask, so Kei suddenly became very useful. Then I realised how much I love this girl.

Kei is kind, naive and supportive character. At the same time she is pretty simple, which makes her rather unique in comparison to other dramatic characters.

Ren on the contrary was more interesting to me. But my aim was to interact with other characters through answers for the ask. I didn't want to look for a couple for him. People didn't listen to me though. This turned into huge drama, where some characters crushed into Ren and their owners tried to use him as the one who broke their hearts. So I had to note those people and explain I never gave any permissions for such plots or actions. Some people got offeneded and that was pretty exhausting. I hated Ren for everything that happened, I hated myself because I didn't agree to make a couple with a character of YumiCH.
After the old ask was closed, I didn't know what to do with the twins. And I was almost ready to get rid of Ren and sell him, but I didn't want to lose Kei. So the twins were aboandoned for some time

Then Aiden appeared

Aiden is the character of YumiCH. She decided to give both me and Ren the second chance and we made a couple of Aiden and Ren. 

Aiden is the first completely femboy character in "The Fate!" so we are ready people will confuse his with a girl. This time it is made on purpose.

Aiden is a sweet, nice person, He is very reliable and helpful, which actually often causes his troubles, because people use him. He keens on cooking (and Ren keens on eating). However, he has many friends and people really like him. They also often call him Marshmallow because of his personality and fur color. 

He is not blind. This is the same feature Lein has. YumiCH decided that his pupil doesn't look good being black, because the rest of the character is very light. So she decided to make his pupils white and I had to inherit this in my style.

As for his legs, that was a bit confusing. On one hand all of the other characters are plantigrade and wear shoes. But YumiCH liked the idea of cute goat hooves. So we decided that hooved species should have legs like Aiden's. Not sure how realistic is that, but we don't really care, we just love the look
