Sneak peek #122 (Patreon)

The last week went fine, though most of the time I've spent struggling with the recap.

I've finished the text version of chapter 5 and started sketching it. Unfortunately I didn't manage to do all the sketches, but definitely have enough for the start. 

I've also started to develop the teachers' room because it is where chapter 5 starts. I really want to improve my backgrounds so want to work on them at least once a week. The first thing I did was the 3D draft model. I didn't add any details because for two reasons. First is that I only needed to realize sizes and positions of objects. Second is that I suck at 3D modeling and would take me weeks to make detailed objects. So I'm just going to use this draft as some kind of rulers.

And finally this week we've hit one of our donation goals. On vk.com (which is actually Russian platform) people often complaint they want more NSFW fan service. We can understand that but don't want to turn daily updates into pure NSFW. That's why we've decided to experiment with donations. Like we will draw one public fan service art for some certain amount of donations. The first goal we hit in about a month and here is the result by YumiCH (which you might've already seen on YumiCH'es FA)

The next week is promising. First of all I will get back to drawing comics instead of working with texts and other necessary but boring stuff. Second I need to finish my queue of commissions. My FA seems to finally work again, so I will possibly try to get back to it again. 

Also Webtoons shows some really good stats. It is early to judge yet, but if we keep the same numbers, we will have a chance to get to Silver League (we're currently in Bronze one). This means we might receive better financial support, so I will have much more time to work on "The Fate!". And this hope makes me feel very positive.

Finally I accidentally got a small netbook. It's owner was angry it was acting up so gave it to me so I could "fix it". I didn't really find any other reason than the machine didn't like it's owner and seems to like me, because it works perfectly now. So it was finally gifted to me. The best thing of that is my microphone and headset work perfect with it, which means I will be able to start streaming again. I don't want to hurry, because I don't really have time to be busy with all the set up, but I'm happy to have this perspective. I'm also thinking about launching the Discord server, but that won't be too soon though
