When her work placement with an NGO ended, it was time for Keiko Kudo to swap the jungles of the Congo for the concrete jungle of the city! But back in Tokyo and with no supplies left of her special serum, Keiko thought that her life as the amazonian KIRA OF THE JUNGLE was over. Commiting herself to her doctorate, Keiko soon forgot about the life of adventure she had once known on the African continent, until years later when she was involved in a plane crash. Miraculously the only able- bodied survivor, Keiko is astonished to discover that she and her fellow survivors have crash landed in an area of jungle where a very special kind of berry grows... the kind that can transform spindly Keiko Kudo into a buxom vine-swinging POWERHOUSE! Knowing that time is against her, Keiko scours the surrounding jungle, looking for a certain type of bush. The only hope she and her injured fellow survivors have is for Keiko to become Kira once more. But will she find the right kind of berries in time? Will they work in their raw, unprocessed form without being converted into serum? Will Keiko's body chemistry even accept the change after all these years? Is Kira still dormant within her... or is she but a fading dream? The biologists eyes widen as they glimpse what looks like the right kind of berries.
