No Charges for November (Patreon)

Because I am unable to get anything out this month:
- Current patrons will not be charged for November.
- New patrons or upgrading patrons will be charged like normal, as per Charge-Up-Front.

I will continue with my projects during the month of November and hopefully get them release then.
