[Shared] Helghast Sniper (Patreon)

This was a for fun mod to test out the capabilities of the Joan's new BonesFramework.
Male modding is much easier and faster than female modding.

With this confirmed to now work, this means that males can now have trench coats and the likes without the coat sticking to the leg like glue.
