[Release] Star Angel Outfit Ver 1.01 (Patreon)

Colorable. Swimsuit, broken into several parts.
Because the socks wasn't a complete sock, it's part of the boots. I may change it up to make the sock and shoes separate at a later date.

Like always, coordinate card is included which has the default white/pink colors set. There might be some clipping because of how the skirt connects with the under skirt.

Ver 1.00c
- Added missing accessory.
- Added scepter to weapons in NEO.
- Adjusted skirt weight paints.
- Adjusted leotard breast weights.

This should be the more complete version.

Ver. 1.01
- Fixed a major issue regarding the boots that was inadvertently introduced in the previous update.
- Placed the leggings portion of the boots into the socks category. Coordinate has been updated to reflect his change.
