I wasn't able to get much done with the Star Angel outfit. A lot of things happened over the weak, and I also smashed my index finger trying to open a stuck window, so I have to take it easy for a bit.

As an apology, here's a mod I've been keeping hold of for a while. It's an experimental mod that includes a modified turtleneck and extended sleeves as accessories.
Lining it up with the top was one nightmare, but I think I got it close enough.

I polished it up a little more and changed some minor things before I decided to release it publicly.

Credits to SAK since I modified his turtleneck for this.

Coordinate card is included which has the turtleneck and sleeves in red.
Half off state is the default turtleneck, so nothing special in that department.

Known Issue
Even though the underlying body is invisible, the nails aren't. Please pose the hand in such a way that the nails are hiding inside the sleeves.
