Update (Patreon)

So updating the engine didn't fix the crashing issue and through now literal days of reloading (and it failing after a few hours) I have decided I may as well do the project rebuild I have been meaning to do because of chaotic mess of assets potentially causing the issues (or at least bogging things down and wasting time). I've branched the project into two copies: original and the new one I'm probably going to bork. I'm going to have Sed try to compile the original with on her beast of a machine in hopes that it's just a hurdle my PC can't quite get over. In any case this is really frustrating - every time I get something to work it's a moment of pure joy, but then somehow that causes five other seemingly unrelated issues. I'm too stubborn to let it get in my way, though.
