Building v0.0.4 tonight!

-Fixed most of the blood splatter z-fighting/flicker issues

-Created new daylight map, still working on it, but it's a good playground

-Worked on improving appearance of game specifically for FPS

-Added new citizen with some variations, will continue to add more 'generic' npcs

-Added a silenced pistol

-Fixed some un-aimed accuracy issues

-Fixed some neck-elongation issues
