Honestly struggling to find a good model for the beasts it's not a big problem right now because the beasts won't make a full appearance till Part 4 with a potential glimspe in Part 3 if I find a model in time.

The scene shows that Lara is struggling to cope with what happened and that the pheromone is affecting her further so wanted to include her struggling and propping herself up on a tree before she relieves herself.
