Founder of Esoteric Hitlerism, Miguel Serrano, spent the 1962-67 period in Belgrade, as the ambassador of Chile, hanging out with former Yugoslav Partisans, buying stuff with fake money, and having his own Battle of Sutjeska with the Koca Popovic's car door.
