So many more questions... Is Ahmed Yahudi's name spelled the same way as the term some Identity guy (was it C.F. Parker?) used for actual Jews as opposed to referring to all POC collectively as "Jews"? My take on the "historian of olden times" line is basically like the way at school we used to talk about the "old school" anthropology professors. A way of saying "hey here's a discipline with a colonialist past that is working very hard to distance itself from that past and correct now but there are still some dinosaurs around who don't get it". I took "Historian of olden times" in a similar way, like Li Ming was shitting on him for being of or like of the older generations of historians who gave white men credit for everything before the new generation of "woke" historians corrected the record. Lastly, did you say that the WoPo agent's name was Enique SOBEK? I have weird personal reasons for caring if he shared a name with an African fertility god. Thanks for all you do, R.C.
