Getting back in shape is a beginner level workout. It's fit for people that have never  gone to the gym before.

Level 1 is for intermediate beginners. If you participate in physical activities you should start with this workout.

Level 2 after a month or two, you can switch to this workout. If you have trained for over a 6 months you can definitely start with this one.

Level 3 is what qualifies as a "good" basic training. after a year or so, you can switch to this training. If you can manage this workout, congratulations! Your body is in top shape!
