We interrupt your regularly scheduled growth porn to bring you this semi-important message!

TLDR: Patrons at the $15 tier and higher will now, in addition to their usual rewards, get to have a little say in the planning process for the monthly comics. What gets focused on, camera angles and poses, how to make things interesting, etc.

The $15 tier always bugged me. I consider pledging anything above the $3 tier to be a very generous tip, as there's not much I can give you that would ever be worth your generosity. Not without massively increasing my workload and potentially burning myself out, anyway. I did my best to think of SOMETHING to give people who choose to support me to such a degree, but I feel like I missed a huge opportunity.

With each higher tier, people get to be more involved in the comic making process. They can vote on which comic gets made, pitch their OWN comic ideas, or even appear in the comics themselves! But people at the $15 tier got completely left out. Well, let's change that. Last month I asked Patrons what mutations they'd like to see with our current heroine, the Dark Princess. I tried to include as many as I could and it was fun and inclusive! So let's make that "a Thing!"

Next month, after the winning comic has been voted on, I will post a Planning Committee thread for those in the $15+ tiers. Basically, this will be a discussion area for people to voice their ideas on how to handle the winning comic, how it will be plotted out, and ultimately how it will be drawn!

Do you really like paws? If this month a macro comic won, go ahead and say, "Show lots of paw shots!" Or perhaps, "I really like looming shots, be sure to get a good couple of those in," or, "Hey, how about if you show her peeking in an airplane's window while it's in flight, spooking the passengers?"

If the winning comic's description gave you a good idea for a punchline at the end, then go ahead and leave that as a comment! My hope is that it will just be a place for folks to help make the comics more personalized and interesting!

Now of course it might not be possible to listen to everyone's suggestions; especially if some conflict with one another. Suggestions also can't go outside the parameters of the winning comic. For example, you couldn't say "add weight gain" to that previously mentioned macro comic. These would be ideas and details that I myself would usually take care behind the scenes. For expample: In The Big Surpise that featured the growing micro dragoness, deciding that the she should end up riding the deer boy specifically 'reverse cowgirl' is a great example of the kind of detail one could suggest.

Remember, while I'll do my best to listen to what you suggest I still must make the executive decisions. I don't want to hurt anybody's feeling by not taking their advice, so please don't be upset if I don't. I swear it won't be personal! Anyway, let's try this on a trial basis and see how it goes! I hope it's a fun little incentive for people who choose to tip that high each month.

I'll say it again though, nothing I do could ever do could be 'worth' the generosity and support people have chosen to show me. Not even close. I just hope that this little gesture can show that I'm always at least thinking of you guys

hmm, its an interesting idea, but what if it starts to take the comic away from the original concept/flow? not that this is a bad idea, but if someone comes up with a plot idea then sees its changed due to all these changes/pov /sugesstions it makes it feel too much like an interactive story. perhaps if like you said its limited to certain additions it may work out. but i think this would work better for the CYOA goal.

It looks like the idea is more about individual details, little moments, rather than the direction of the comic. The most impactful thing mentioned is the punchline, but that's never a part of the pitch.
