A Swell Sacrifice

A Kobold is chosen to be a sacrifice to his tribe's dragon goddess, but when he meets the dragoness face to face he finds she doesn't want to eat him but to "eat" him. She magically expands his cock to better fit her giant size and then uses him like a toy; it is a great honor to be chosen as a sacrifice after all.

Alright folks it's time to begin the brainstorm session. This seems to be a very lewd-heavy story so I'd really like to know what YOU want to see. How does this story play out between the two? What sorts of interactions would you like to see most between the two characters. It's a hyper kobold and a very lewd dragon so there are plenty of possibilities.
