First October movie and this was definitely intense and dark with hints of horror elements sprinkled throughout which made the whole movie creepy. Super well done!

NOTE: You follow along with your own copy of the movie; I have a little timer right at the beginning where it counts down and shows the word "play" when I myself start playing the movie. I also have a timer synced throughout the movie so you're also in sync the whole time! If you don't have your own copy, then you'll have pretty much no idea what's happening!

This was probably my 10th time watching this movie, and it never fails to draw me in. It's one of my comfort films, the kind you can't switch off when it's on TV because every scene is so captivating. Anthony Hopkins was just perfect in his role, but Jodie Foster truly carries the film; she's phenomenal! And speaking of great movies for your October watchlist, consider adding Zodiac from 2007, directed by the same director behind The Game. It's primarily a thriller but features some horror elements, similar to Silence of the Lambs. Great reaction as always!

I love Jodie Foster in this! That whole sequence in the end when she’s searching the house is incredible. She manages to play pure fear, but also the bravery and determination to keep going. I think Clarisse Starling is one of the most amazing female characters on film. And Jodie Foster played her perfectly! I definitely don’t have what it takes to be an FBI agent!

It's actually very cool that you mentioned Hannibal's infrequent blinking. It's likely done on purpose. Predatory psychopaths blink less frequently than most people. Nice pick up!
