Anyone Ever Record Pc video? (Patreon)

So I'm still setting up my new laptop but haven't got a chance to make a video from it. And I come across an issue ,the same as my old laptop .Currently I'm using nvidia shadowplay to record all of my footage ,but the footage always have a stuttering or skipping issue in some frames ,even tho the specs are good .So if anyone by any chance know how to help me fix this ,much appreciated ,cause this issues are the one that driving me on buying a new laptop-- I search online for stuff but ended up having a much worst outcome when recording. Fuck you Nvidia .
