December's Poll (tier 1) (Patreon)

gonna try something slightly different since the last voting method could be a bit confusing.

for tier 1 patreons (5 dollars) they can vote for as many characters as they want, and they'll count 1 vote.

for tier 2 patreons (10 dollars) they can vote for as many characters as they want, and they'll count 2 votes.

for tier 3 patreons (15 dollars) they can vote for as many characters as they want, and they'll count 3 votes.

this is to avoid high tier patreons having to vote for basically 3 different polls. i'll update my patreon page to avoid any future confusion with the voting ^^
